Hey , welcome to our first Module!! It's always important to know the WHY before you embark on a new journey! In this module I'll outline the man benefits of plant based eating. We'll set you up for success by getting some big questions answered to help you get total clarity on WHY you're making some changes and starting a new journey with me. you will determine your WHY; you're reason on why you want to live in The Plant Based Method. Don't worry; you're not committing to going 100% vegan forever, unless you really want to! The goal in this course is to get you to know and understand why eating a more plant-centric diet is so beneficial and crucial to your health, and this first module will look at 2 different sides of benefits: those benefits for the body and those benefits for the planet. You decide for yourself! We’ll also look at all myths out there surrounding plant based diets. I'm here to clear up all the babble! Now, there is a "right" and "wrong" way to eating plant based. I'll teach you the right way here in this module. I'm talking ALLLLL the myths and debunking them one by one so you know the facts!
I'll also take you through your fridge and pantry to get rid of all the things that will no longer serve you on this journey, and stock it up with some things that do.

Welcome to Module 2! While we won't be doing any tracking of nutrients in this program (that is not our goal here!), this module goes through the micro and macronutrients that are important, so that you can plan your meals accordingly.

This can be the part scares people! We're talking all things plant based replacements; that's right, the things you get rid of. But remember, this course is not "how to become a 100% vegan; the goal is to be more plant-centric. So in this module, you can take notes on my recommendations then try them and find some that you like!

Sleep and stress are two critical pieces of your wellness journey AND your journey to healing. While we will talk about your specific needs in our 1:1 sessions, this module will give you some insight into how to get a hold of your stress with mindfulness practices and how to get better sleep.
Optimal health comes from 3 main components: energy, digestion and inflammation. We'll cover all 3 in this module. First, we will focus on how to eat for optimal energy and digestion. Next, we'll look at inflammation. Inflammation is a natural part of a healthy body; it’s what keeps us well and helps us heal. You'll learn about what inflammation is and what happens when it gets out of hand. But not to worry, this Plant Based Method will most certainly create the anti-inflammatory environment your body is craving! Not only will we talk about what foods are creating the inflammation, but what foods can stop the inflammation. This is the part that can be completely transformational for you and your body!

When planning a plant based meal (or meals) it can be somewhat overwhelming or just feel uncertain how to start. “How do I plan a meal with plants?” “I’m not a chef, I don’t know how to come up with recipes on my own.” This is what keeps many people from moving forward with a plant based life, they don’t know how to start planning meals, so they choose salad because it’s apparently the easiest thing people can think of that is full of veggies; well, no one really wants to eat salad every day, so they get burned out. All it takes is a simple template to get started, then you can bring in the variety and versatility that you want. In this module, I'll provide a framework for you to start planning your own plant based meals, stress free, all plug-and-play and just so easy! Plus, I'll share some of my best mea prep and planning time saving tips to save you time so you can get your life back and not have to spend hours in the kitchen all week trying to plan out healthy meals.

Getting your family on board to eat more plant based can be the absolute trickiest part of it all! Spouses, partners and kids are sometimes not the biggest fan of veggies, so the idea of getting them to eat more is daunting. In this module, I will provide some tips to get your family on board as well as some actionable tips that you can use to incorporate more veggies into your family's current diet!
