In this module we’ll break down the 4 Facets of Wellness. These 4 facets are at the pinnacle of where true health begins. It's important to understand the importance of each one as well as getting into the habit of tracking each one. Once you track them for the duration of this program you'll be in the habit of hitting each after the program so there will be no need for physically tracking!
In this module we’ll look at the common cravings and what triggers them, as well as how to deal with them once ad for all.
Everyone has their own metabolism and eating patterns, and they also have their own set of taste buds and tummy issues and different reactions to the environment around them.
Learning how YOU respond to the environment around you is crucial to helping you take control of how, what and why you eat what you do. Sometimes cravings can happen because our body NEEDS something and is telling you that it isn’t getting it.
Let’s look at some things that can trigger cravings and how you can handle them.
